Midfielders: Emre Can, Jude Bellingham

Borussia Dortmund’s midfield partnership on Tuesday will depend on whether Lucien Favre decides to rest Axel Witsel or not. If Witsel plays, Emre Can could be used in a back three. Otherwise, the German international would be a more than capable replacement for Witsel in the holding midfield role with Thomas Delaney currently a doubt.

Joining Can/Witsel will likely be Jude Bellingham, who has impressed in his last three appearances off the bench. The 17 year old got an assist in the reverse fixture against Club Brugge and deserves a chance to start against the Belgian champions on Tuesday.

Mahmoud Dahoud and Julian Brandt are also options for the number eight role, after the duo impressed against Hertha Berlin.
