Emre Can (5.5/10)

Can was unlucky not to get an assist in the first half, when Reus was denied by the goalkeeper after his excellent through ball. He made a number of vital interceptions in the first half and looked full of energy. The second half was a slightly different story, as he was overrun in midfield more than once as Jude Bellingham was withdrawn. The German intentional also received his fifth yellow card of the season, and will now miss Tuesday’s game against Bayer Leverkusen.

Jude Bellingham (7/10)

Bellingham ran the show for Borussia Dortmund in the first half. He was heavily involved in the build-up play and was always looking to find the forward pass. He also led the way defensively with some vital recoveries high up the pitch. The 17 year old came close to scoring the opener, with the post and Robin Zentner denying him from scoring his first ever Bundesliga goal. Bellingham looked lively and sharp before being replaced by Youssoufa Moukoko at the hour mark.
