Players to Watch

Marco Reus loves playing against Borussia Mönchengladbach, and has nine goals and six assists in just 12 appearances against his former club. The Borussia Dortmund captain has struggled in the last two games, and will no doubt want to find his form again in the second half of the season.

Julian Brandt will have some newfound confidence going into this game after finding the net on Tuesday. It will be interesting to see if he starts, with Gio Reyna now fit to feature once again. But if he does start, he could cause Gladbach a fair few problems.

Gladbach’s key man will be Lars Stindl, who is their leading goalscorer this season with 12 goals to his name. Former Borussia Dortmund winger Jonas Hofmann is also in good form, and will be aiming to impress against his former club.
