Jadon Sancho was the star of the show as Borussia Dortmund eased to an impressive 3-0 win over Arminia Bielefeld at the Signal Iduna Park on Saturday. The England international set up Mahmoud Dahoud for the opener, before making it 2-0 from the penalty spot. Reinier Jesus then came off the bench to score his first BVB goal, as the Black and Yellows sealed a comfortable win ahead of their crunch fixtures against Gladbach and Bayern Munich.

Thorgan Hazard and Dan-Axel Zagadou made their injury comebacks in the second half to add to the list of positives from the game for Edin Terzic’s side.

Here are our player ratings for the Borussia Dortmund players from their 3-0 win over Arminia Bielefeld.

Marwin Hitz (6/10)

It was a solid performance from Marwin Hitz, who kept his place in the starting XI despite Roman Bürki’s return to full fitness. Fresh off signing a new two year contract, the 33 year old made a few routine saves on his way to a second successive clean sheet.
