Mino Raiola has confirmed that Borussia Dortmund have made it clear to him that Erling Haaland will not be sold this summer. In an interview with Sport1, Raiola said that while he does not necessarily share the club’s views, he respects their stance on his client’s future.

"“I can confirm that I was in Dortmund for talks,” Raiola said. “Michael Zorc has made it clear to us that BVB does not want to sell Erling this summer. I respect that opinion, but that doesn’t automatically mean I share it. BVB has been very clear in its views. That’s okay with us.”"

Haaland is being heavily linked with a move away from Borussia Dortmund this summer. The striker is attracting interest from a number of big clubs, including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea. Raiola and Alf-Inge Haaland added further fuel to all the speculation earlier this month when they made the trip to Spain to hold talks regarding the 20 year old’s future with with Real Madrid and Barcelona officials.

Raiola also said that there is “no war between him and Borussia Dortmund,” and added that he shares a good relationship with the BVB bosses.

"“There is no war between us and BVB – absolutely not! The relationship with Zorc, Aki (Hans-Joachim Watzke) and Kehl is still very good.”"

Erling Haaland still has more than three years left on his Borussia Dortmund contract. Both Michael Zorc and Hans-Joachim Watzke have both made it clear that the striker will not be leaving this summer. They also made their stance clear to Mino Raiola when the two parties met on March 31.

Raiola also spoke about the constant speculation about him and his clients, and said that he does not care about the media nonsense.

"“A lot of nonsense is written about me. But I don’t care about that. I will never talk about talks or negotiations in the media. I only talk about that with my players, the relatives and the respective clubs.”"

Sport1 add that Haaland, who has scored 49 goals in 52 appearances for Borussia Dortmund, could soon get a raise which would make him one of the highest earners at the club. And a summer move away from the Black and Yellows appears unlikely at the moment.
