Defenders: Thomas Meunier, Manuel Akanji, Mats Hummels, Raphael Guerreiro

Edin Terzic has decided to give Lukasz Piszczek a bit of a rest. So Thomas Meunier comes into the starting XI. He delivered the best performance of his Borussia Dortmund career in the reverse fixture. And he will be hoping to impress once again on Sunday.

Starting as the two centre-backs will be Manuel Akanji and Mats Hummels. Both players look to be in good form at the moment, with the latter especially impressing in recent weeks. If Akanji is booked on Sunday, he will miss the season finale against Bayer Leverkusen.

Raphael Guerreiro starts at left-back once again. He has more assists than any other defender in the Bundesliga this season, and he will be aiming to add to his tally against Mainz.
