Sevilla are interested in signing Thomas Delaney from Borussia Dortmund. But no agreement has been reached between the two clubs yet.

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Thomas Delaney is being heavily linked with a move to Spanish side Sevilla. The two clubs are in negotiations over a transfer, and some reports in Denmark have even claimed that an agreement is already in place. But that is not the case just yet.

According to WAZ, there is no agreement yet between Borussia Dortmund and Sevilla over the transfer of Thomas Delaney. The Black and Yellows would be open to selling Delaney this summer, but only if they receive a satisfactory offer.

Marca report that the BVB bosses want a transfer fee of around ten million euros for Delaney. And that is double of what Sevilla are willing to offer at the moment. The report adds that the priority of Sevilla sporting director Monchi remains to sign the 29 year old, but he is also looking at other alternatives.

Borussia Dortmund head coach Marco Rose was asked about the midfielder’s future earlier this week, and said that he has not received any information yet about a potential transfer.

Delaney has less than one year left on his current contract. And BVB would certainly not want to lose him on a free transfer next summer. In addition to Sevilla, Crystal Palace, Southampton, Norwich City and AS Roma have also been linked with a move for the Denmark international in recent weeks.
