Borussia Dortmund get their UEFA Champions League campaign underway next week. Ahead of the group stage, we take a closer look at the three teams they will have to overcome in order to reach the knockout rounds.

Borussia Dortmund will be going up against Portuguese Primeira Liga champions Sporting CP, Dutch Eredivisie champions AFC Ajax and Turkish Süper Lig champions Besiktas JK in the group stage of the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League.

With the eagerly awaited Champions League group stage set to begin next week, we analyse the three teams Borussia Dortmund will face in the competition over the next few months.
