Julian Brandt suffered a muscle injury during the game against Besiktas and is now sidelined for the next two weeks. Emre Can and Gio Reyna also remain out, while Nico Schulz is a doubt. But Thorgan Hazard could be on the bench after recovering from his ankle injury and returning to training on Thursday.

Union Berlin do not have too many injury concerns going into the game. Although it remains to be seen if Kevin Möhwald will be able to recover in time from his thigh injury to feature.
