Reinier (5.5/10)

Making his second ever start for Borussia Dortmund, Reinier displayed glimpses of his quality and also helped set up the opening goal. But more often than not, his decision making was poor and he often ended up looking for the flashier pass when an easier one was available.

Steffen Tigges (5/10)

Tigges worked hard for the team but wasn’t able to make the sort of impact he would have liked. He held the ball up well at times but his link up play wasn’t the best. He had a great chance to score in the second half, but decided to go for the diving header and ended up hitting the crossbar.

Thorgan Hazard (8/10)

Hazard came off the bench to great effect and delivered two vital goals for Borussia Dortmund. The Belgian international showed great awareness with both his goals and did really well to get into good positions and find the back of the net.

Marco Reus (N/R)

Reus came on and immediately brought more quality to Borussia Dortmund’s attacking play. He wasn’t directly involved in the goals, but he still managed to make an impact on the game.
