Sebastian Kehl met with Karim Adeyemi’s agent last week
Borussia Dortmund head of players’ department Sebastian Kehl was in Salzburg last week to watch the UEFA Champions League group stage game between RB Salzburg and VfL Wolfsburg. This is being reported by SportBILD, who add that Kehl also held talks with Karim Adeyemi’s agent Thomas Solomon.
Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Adeyemi, who is set to leave RB Salzburg in the summer. Bayern Munich, Paris St. Germain, Liverpool and RB Leipzig are also in the race to sign the highly rated striker. But the Black and Yellows are said to be among the favourites for his signature.
Adeyemi scored in the third minute to help RB Salzburg earn a 3-1 win over Wolfsburg last week. He has found the net 14 times in just 18 appearances for the Austrian giants this season.
Eintracht Frankfurt want to sign Ansgar Knauff on loan
Ansgar Knauff is reportedly attracting the interest of Eintracht Frankfurt, who want to sign the young winger on a loan deal in January. But despite Eintracht Frankfurt’s interest, SportBILD claim that Borussia Dortmund are not interested in sending the 19 year old out on loan in the winter transfer window.
Knauff has been limited to just four substitute appearances for Borussia Dortmund so far this season. But he is rated highly at the club and also earned his first cap for the Germany U-21s earlier this month.
