Thorgan Hazard is reportedly looking to leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer, and his agent is already proactively searching for a new club.

Thorgan Hazard is apparently planning to leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer, with BILD claiming that his agent is already proactively looking for a new club. It is also being reported that the Black and Yellows would be happy to sell the Belgian international in the summer if they receive a transfer fee of 20 million euros.

It has been a difficult season so far for Thorgan Hazard, who has struggled to hold on to his place in the Borussia Dortmund starting XI. He has shown glimpses of his quality, but has lacked consistency in his performances. That is also evident from the fact that he has just six goals and one assist to his name in 25 appearances so far this season.

Hazard was also dropped from the Borussia Dortmund squad by head coach Marco Rose for the game against Union Berlin last month for sporting reasons. So it is not a big surprise that the 28 year old may be considering a move away from the club.

Hazard, who joined Borussia Dortmund from Borussia Mönchengladbach in 2019 for a fee in the region of 25 million euros, still has two and half years left on his contract.

Borussia Dortmund appear set for another squad overhaul in the summer transfer window. In addition to Hazard, Emre Can, Manuel Akanji, Julian Brandt and Nico Schulz are among the names who could be on their way out in the summer.
