Borussia Dortmund will be aiming to secure second place in the Bundesliga standings this weekend as they take on the already relegated Greuther Fürth.

Borussia Dortmund only have two more games left to play this season, and they will want to end their disappointing campaign on a high by claiming back to back wins. This weekend, the Black and Yellows will face Greuther Fürth who have already been relegated from the Bundesliga and are set to finish at the bottom of the table.

Injuries have hit Borussia Dortmund hard this season, and they will again be without nine first-team players on Saturday. Erling Haaland has been dealing with an illness this week, but has made the trip to Fürth.

Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, Tom Rothe and Lion Semic will not be available either, as they will be playing for the U-19s this weekend. BVB U-23s duo Justin Njinmah and Immanuel Pherai will likely be included in the squad as a result.

Here is a look at how Borussia Dortmund could line up for Saturday’s game against Greuther Fürth.

Goalkeeper: Marwin Hitz

Gregor Kobel is still sidelined, so second-choice goalkeeper Marwin Hitz will start between the sticks for Borussia Dortmund once again on Saturday.
