Borussia Dortmund will host Werder Bremen on Saturday afternoon for matchday three of the 2022/23 Bundesliga season.

Borussia Dortmund will be aiming to build on their impressive start to the season this weekend, as they take on the newly promoted Werder Bremen. Edin Terzic’s side have won all three of their games so far this season, and a win on Saturday would further boost the morale at the club.

Werder Bremen have also made a fairly decent start to the season, and are unbeaten after the opening three games following their promotion to the Bundesliga. They have upset the Black and Yellows on a fair few occasions in recent seasons. And they will be aiming to pull off another shock on Saturday.

It will be interesting to see how Borussia Dortmund line up on Saturday, with the majority of the players available for selection. Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and Youssoufa Moukoko could be in contention to start after changing the game off the bench last week. Karim Adeyemi and Niklas Süle are also fit again and should be in the squad against Werder Bremen.
