Borussia Dortmund imploded late on against Werder Bremen and let a two goal lead slip, falling to a 3-2 defeat.

Borussia Dortmund suffered their first defeat of the season on Saturday afternoon, as they let a two goal lead slip in spectacular fashion against Werder Bremen. Despite leading the game 2-0 heading into the 88th minute, the Black and Yellows somehow fell to a 3-2 defeat with Oliver Burke scoring the winner in the fifth minute of stoppage time.

The result certainly did not come as a surprise, however, as Borussia Dortmund played poorly for much of the game. And they were lucky to be 2-0 ahead in the first place. But the way in which they folded will certainly lead to plenty of questions being asked about the team.

Here are our player ratings for the Borussia Dortmund players from their 3-2 defeat to Werder Bremen.

Gregor Kobel (7/10)

Kobel made a number of big saves for his side but was let down by those in front of him once again.
