Predicted Borussia Dortmund lineup for Schalke 04 clash

Borussia Dortmund will go up against arch-rivals Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga this weekend in the latest edition of the Revierderby.

The wait is finally over and the Revierderby is upon us once again. The mother of all derbies will take centre-stage in the Bundesliga this weekend as Borussia Dortmund and Schalke 04 square off at the Signal Iduna Park.

We should be in for another fascinating contest between the two arch-rivals on Saturday, and Edin Terzic’s side will be aiming for a comfortable win after tasting defeats in their last two games.

Borussia Dortmund will have to make do without a number of key players on Saturday, including Gregor Kobel, Mahmoud Dahoud, Sebastien Haller, Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and Mateu Morey. But Nico Schlotterbeck, Donyell Malen, Karim Adeyemi and Thorgan Hazard are all set to be available for the crunch clash.

Goalkeeper: Alexander Meyer

Meyer showed great calm and composure between the sticks for much of Wednesday’s game. Although he will feel that he should have done better with both of Manchester City’s goals. He will have a much different role to play on Saturday with Borussia Dortmund set to have the majority of possession.
