Borussia Dortmund have announced a 25-man squad for their upcoming Asia Tour that will see them play three friendly matches.

Borussia Dortmund are set to travel to Asia next week, where they will play three friendly matches. The Black and Yellows have now announced their squad for the tour. A total of 25 players will make the trip, including a number of key players.

Marco Reus and Mats Hummels are set to lead the team in Asia. The former will train individually as he works on recovering from the ankle injury that has been bothering him for the last two months. The latter will captain the team in Reus’ absence. The likes of Donyell Malen, Emre Can, and Salih Özcan have also been named in the squad, which also includes a number of players from the U-19s and the U-23s team.

Jayden Braaf, Prince Aning, Göktan Gürpüz, Julian Rijkhoff, and Nnamdi Collins are among the talented young players who will be aiming to make a good impression on Edin Terzic ahead of the second half of the season.

Borussia Dortmund will be without the 11 players who have been called up for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and also the players who are currently sidelined with injuries.
