Borussia Dortmund duo Jude Bellingham and Gio Reyna will be looking to help their teams qualify for the FIFA World Cup round of 16 on Tuesday. Here we look at the Group B permutations.

Group B remains really well poised going into the final round of group stage fixtures at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. England, Iran, United States and Wales are all in with a chance of qualifying for the round of 16. And we could be in for two hard fought games on Tuesday evening as the race to reach the knockout rounds goes down to the wire.

England find themselves at the top of Group B going into matchday three of the group stage and are all but assured of a place in the round of 16.

The Three Lions beat Iran 6-2 in their opener, with Jude Bellingham scoring and making history in that game. They then played out a goalless draw with the United States, and now hold a one point lead at the top of their group.

In order to reach the knockout rounds, England must avoid losing to Wales by four or more goals on Tuesday. A win against Wales would help Gareth Southgate’s side clinch top spot in their group.

Iran are second in Group B with three points, with the United States one point behind and Wales in fourth place. Gio Reyna and co. must now beat Iran on Tuesday evening in order to qualify for the round of 16. A draw or a defeat would mean the end of the USMNT’s World Cup campaign.
