Report: Naby Keïta on Borussia Dortmund’s list of potential Jude Bellingham replacements

Borussia Dortmund could reportedly consider making a move for Liverpool midfielder Naby Keïta if Jude Bellingham decides to leave the club in the summer.
The future of Jude Bellingham is all set to play a very important role in determining Borussia Dortmund’s plans for the summer transfer window. Sebastian Kehl has already made it clear that they would like to extend the England international’s contract.
But if Bellingham decides to leave the club in the summer, the BVB bosses will demand a transfer fee in the region of 150 million euros.
Borussia Dortmund are doing their due diligence and tracking options who could potentially replace Bellingham in the summer. And SportBILD claim that the Black and Yellows are interested in signing Naby Keïta. The Liverpool midfielder is set to be out of contract at the end of the season, and he is apparently on BVB’s list of potential Bellingham successors.
RB Leipzig have also been linked with a move for Keïta in recent months. The 28 year old spent two seasons with the Saxony based club before joining Liverpool in 2018.
Naby Keïta has made a total of 129 appearances for Liverpool, but has been reduced to a bit-part role this season. He has also been forced to deal with a number of injury problems in recent months. And it looks like his time at Liverpool will come to an end in the summer.

It remains to be seen just how real Borussia Dortmund’s interest is in signing Keïta. But this is not the first time BVB are being linked with a move for the Guinea international.
