Borussia Dortmund have a number of injury question marks ahead of the second leg of their UEFA Champions League round of 16 tie against Chelsea.

Borussia Dortmund are all set to take on Chelsea in the second leg of their round of 16 tie on Tuesday evening. The Black and Yellows will look to secure their place in the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League, but the tie remains well poised going into the second leg.

BVB will have to make do without a number of key players on Tuesday, including Karim Adeyemi, Youssoufa Moukoko and Julian Ryerson. Gregor Kobel is also a major doubt ahead of kick-off, but has made the trip to London.

If Kobel is unable to feature, second-choice goalkeeper Alexander Meyer will start in goal for Borussia Dortmund against Chelsea. He is coming off a strong performance against RB Leipzig, and will be aiming to pick up right where he left off.

Marius Wolf has established himself as Borussia Dortmund’s first-choice right-back, and is set to start in that role on Tuesday. With Julian Ryerson suspended, Raphael Guerreiro will likely come into the team at left-back.

Niklas Süle and Nico Schlotterbeck will start in central defence again for Borussia Dortmund. The duo have formed a rock-solid partnership in recent weeks, and they will be aiming to deliver another strong performance against Chelsea.

Edin Terzic is unlikely to make any changes to his side in the middle of the park, with Emre Can and Salih Özcan set to start in defensive midfield. Jude Bellingham will start in the number eight role, and he will be determined to make an impact on his return to England.

Marco Reus is in fine form going into the game. He will start in the front three along with Julian Brandt and Sebastien Haller. Donyell Malen could also be an option if Terzic decides to add some pace to the team on the counter-attack.
