Borussia Dortmund are said to be in the race to sign Conor Gallagher, who appears set to be sold by Chelsea in the summer.

Conor Gallagher is facing an uncertain future at Chelsea, with the Daily Mail claiming that the Premier League side will try and sell him in the summer transfer window as they look to recoup some of the money they have spent on new players over the last 12 months.

The tabloid claims that a number of clubs are already queuing up to sign the England international, with Borussia Dortmund among those monitoring developments surrounding his future.

The Black and Yellows could face competition from the likes of Liverpool, Newcastle United and Brighton and Hove Albion if they decide to pursue a move for Gallagher. The 23 year old has just over two years left on his current contract with Chelsea.

Borussia Dortmund will likely be in the market for a new midfielder this summer, with Mahmoud Dahoud set to leave the club on a free transfer. The future of Jude Bellingham is also unclear, with the 19 year old attracting the interest of a number of big clubs in Europe. BVB have already been linked with a number of midfielders in recent months.
