Borussia Dortmund will have to make do without Jude Bellingham for their Bundesliga clash against FC Augsburg this weekend.

The penultimate weekend of the 2022/23 Bundesliga season is here and Borussia Dortmund will travel to Bavaria to take on FC Augsburg on Sunday. The Black and Yellows will be desperate to end their woeful away form and get the three points this weekend to take the title race to the final day of the season.

Borussia Dortmund go into the game on the back of dominant wins over Wolfsburg and Borussia Mönchengladbach. But Augsburg have already beaten the likes of Bayern Munich and Union Berlin this season, and will look to offer a tough test to BVB on Sunday.

Jude Bellingham will miss the trip to Augsburg. The England international picked up a knee injury during last weekend’s win over Gladbach. And Edin Terzic will need to make at least one change to the midfield to deal with his absence.

There are no new injury concerns for Borussia Dortmund, but Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, Mateu Morey, and Thomas Meunier are all sidelined at the moment.

Augsburg will also be without a number of key players on Sunday. Rafal Gikiewicz, Iago, Andre Hahn, Julian Baumgartlinger, and Tobias Strobl are all dealing with injuries, while Robert Gumny is suspended and Arne Maier is a doubt. Arne Engels is set to return to the squad for Enrico Maaßen’s side following his suspension.
