Edin Terzic has heaped praise on Sebastien Haller and has backed him to become Borussia Dortmund’s hero this season.

Sebastien Haller has enjoyed a remarkable return to action, and has come up with a number of crucial goals to aid Borussia Dortmund’s charge for the Bundesliga action. The Ivory Coast international missed the first half of the season after being diagnosed with testicular cancer, but has made a stunning return to action and has played a crucial role in BVB’s remarkable turnaround.

Edin Terzic was full of praise of Haller during his pre-match press conference ahead of Borussia Dortmund’s final game of the season. The BVB head coach said that they are very proud to see the striker back on the pitch, and he has made a big difference for them in the second half of the season.

No player has scored more goals in the second half of the 2022/23 Bundesliga season than Sebastien Haller, who has found the back of the net on nine occasions. The 28 year old also has five assists to his name in just 18 Bundesliga appearances.
