Borussia Dortmund fans might want to keep an eye on tomorrow's clash between Austria and Algeria as it pits some of the club stars against each other.
Marcel Sabitzer and Carney Chukwuemeka from Das Team take on Ramy Bensebaini and co., as they battle it out for second place in Group J.
Both teams have three points each from two games, having beaten Jordan while losing to Lionel Messi-led Argentina, the defending world champions.
Austria, though, are currently in second place ahead of Algeria by virtue of goal-difference; while the European side has 0, the Desert Warriors are on -2.
So it all boils down to Sunday's showdown for Austria and Algeria, who face each other at the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
If the game ends in a draw, Austria qualify for the round of 32 as Group J runners-up while Algeria will follow as one of the best third-placed teams with four points.
However, a loss for Algeria could seriously jeopardize their progression hopes as their goal-difference will go further below -2. Similarly, a win for them could see Austria knocked out.
Sabitzer, Chukwuemeka face Bensebaini
Perhaps the biggest storyline of the clash for the BVB fans is that of their first-team stars facing each other. Sabitzer is likely to start for Austria as one of their key playmakers whereas Bensebaini could retain his place in the XI too after a stellar performance against Jordan.
As for Chukwuemeka, the 22-year-old has been limited to a substitute role by Rangnick and it's understandable considering he only made his international debut for the side in March this year. His lack of experience aside, Chukwuemeka remains a talented prospect and could make the difference for them off the bench.
How Sabitzer, Chukwuemeka and Bensebaini have fared at the World Cup
Coming into the World Cup, Sabitzer had scored for Austria in their last three consecutive games but has so far fired a blank for Das Team at the tournament. But that doesn't mean the midfielder has been a slouch: Sabitzer made 10 crosses in their 3-1 win over Jordan to emerge as their brightest creative spark while making another eight against Argentina.
Chukwuemeka's World Cup debut against Jordan was a frustrating one, with the young gun coming second-best in every ground duel he was involved in while also losing possession rather cheaply. He had a nice opportunity to score in the game but made a tame effort that was blocked. Against Argentina though, he barely had any time to make a difference.
As for Bensebaini, the defender was ran roughshod by Messi in their opening game but was otherwise solid with eight defensive contributions as well as five recoveries. In the Jordan game though, he was on fire, biting at the heels of Jordanian players for the ball while guarding the Algerian goal by combining physical prowess with exemplary vision to make a series of vital clearances.
