Borussia Dortmund star Daniel Svensson has alerted Europe's top quarters following a series of eye-catching displays this season as the Swede find himself at the cynosure of some top clubs' interests.

According to a report from Fussball Daten, the 24-year-old could be price away this summer with Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool both said to be interested.

Both clubs admire the player's talents and consider him as a potential replacement for those leaving them after the current campaign.

The Gunners are anxious over Myles Lewis-Skelly, who isn't happy with his limited role at the club and chances are he could seek greener pastures in the summer.

Moreover, Riccardo Calafiori has also struggled with injuries since joining the Emirates outfit in 2024 which has prompted head coach Mikel Arteta to play Piero Hincapie in the left-back spot.

Reinfiorcements beckon the Arsenal backline and Svensson has emerged among the top candidates for a possible move with the Swedish international bringing a range of talents.

Strong in possession and technically adept, the Dortmund star can be a real menace to opposition teams with his electric pace and ball-control, while he also chips in with the odd goal or assist.

Svensson has operated from a more advanced attacking role at Dortmund as he's a modern full-back with a penchant to bomb forward at full pelt and join up the attack.

Available for about €35 million, the Gunners could see it as a reasonable price for a young and talented player like him but it's also inviting competition as Arsenal aren't the only player interested.

Liverpool are looking for a new left-back after Andrew Robertson leaves Anfield this summer. The report further suggests that the Reds have identified Svensson as one of their top targets in that position.

His pressing ability is said to make him a perfect fit for the club, while the Swede also boasts fitness that can meet the physical demands of the Premier League.

Reportedly, this has triggered a war between the English giants, but Leeds United are monitoring the player too. Outside of Premier League, Serie A giants Inter Milan have reportedly shown the 'greatest interest' but city rivals AC Milan as well as Atalanta also in the running.

But, Svensson is reportedly keen on playing in the Premier League and may hence turn a blind eye to interests from Italian clubs, although things could still change depending on the prevailing situation.
