Edin Terzic's future at Borussia Dortmund could come under serious doubt if he fails to turn the tide within the next four matches.

With no wins in their last three games, Borussia Dortmund are in the midst of another crisis. Sunday's defeat to TSG Hoffenheim showed once again that the Black and Yellows face a tough fight to qualify for the top four. And with much tougher tests in store, the pressure is piling on Edin Terzic.

According to BILD, the BVB bosses are not keen to make a coaching change in the middle of the season. But their hand may well be forced if Terzic is unable to turn the tide in the coming weeks.

Borussia Dortmund have four more games to come before next month's international break. They will be away to Union Berlin and Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga, before hosting PSV Eindhoven in the UEFA Champions League, and then taking on Eintracht Frankfurt at home in the Bundesliga.

The tabloid claims that further disappointing results in those games could well put Terzic's future under serious doubt. Sven Bender and Nuri Sahin, who returned to the club as assistant coaches in January, would be the likely candidates to take over on an interim basis if Terzic is sacked.

Qualification for next season's UEFA Champions League is the club's main goal for this season, and Borussia Dortmund are currently in fourth place in the Bundesliga standings. But if they drop back down to fifth place, those in charge may well be forced to make a coaching change to get the team back on track.
