"Ready for new season" - Fans react as Dortmund drew 2-2 with Roma in final preseason clash

Borussia Dortmund and AS Roma played out an entertaining 2-2 draw at the Signal Iduna Park on Saturday with the hosts fighting back from a two-goal deficit.

Paulo Dybala and Bryan Cristante had put the Giallorossi 2-0 up inside the opening 10 minutes of the clash as Niko Kovac's side were punished for a lackluster start to the game.

However, the second appeared to spur them on as BVB wrestled back control of the game and halved the deficit in the 12th minute when Julian Ryerson struck on his first preseason appearance.

The Norwegian ace then set up Serhou Guirassy for their second with a lovely delivery from a free-kick which the striker finished comfortably as Roma were caught napping.

Dortmund continued to dominate the proceedings after the break too as the best chances fell to them, but weren't able to convert them clinically as the scoreline remained locked at 2-2.
