Borussia Dortmund have announced their lineup to face Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga today and fans have given a mixed reaction to it.

Ramy Bensebaini returns to the XI with Joane Gadou dropping to the bench, while Marcel Sabitzer and Joey Veerman also come into the lineup after starting among the substitutes against Union Berlin.

Fabio Silva starts alongside Serhou Guirasy once more after the forwards combined superbly during their Champions League clash against Sabah FK in Azerbaijan.

Yet, it hasn't stopped the brickbats from landing at Kovac's doorsteps as fans were still unhappy with some of the decisions he took here. Here are the best reactions on X:

One Dortmund fan called Florian asked:

"Bensebaini and Sabitzer ?!?!!! What the heck is that"

Another X user called for Kovac to get axed:

"Kovac out, what is this coach doing to BVB?"

This BVB fan felt Joane Gadou should have been in the XI:

"Gadou on the bench😂this shitty coach hates every young player!
Against Frankfurt's pace & for a high line, you need Gadou.

But the main thing is Daddy Sabitzer gets to start again"

The sentiment was echoed by another X user who tweeted:

"What did Gadou do all of a sudden? Is it just because he’s too young, or is there a valid reason?"

Another disgruntled fan unhappy upon seeing young players on the bench:

"No need to turn on the TV.
As long as this coach keeps relying on players like Sabitzer instead of trusting his own talents, you might as well not bother."

This X user questioned Sabitzer's inclusion too:

"Why was it clear beforehand that he would play with Sabitzer?"

Another Dortmund fan wrote:

"Bensebaini was in the starting eleven and ahead of Gadou after the performance. Is Kovac drunk?"

This X user has already conceded the match, as they wrote:

"Sabitzer. Thanks and have fun with your points, Frankfurt."

Another frustrated fan lambasted Kovac:

"I can no longer take this coach seriously.

What is this?!?! And what on earth did Gadou do to end up in this situation, where even Bensebaini gets to be in the starting eleven again after what happened on Tuesday?!
"

By contrast, this X user gave a positive reaction upon seeing Fabio Silva and Joey Veerman in i

"Finally, Guirassy and Silva together again. You could complain about Sabitzer, but I’m happy with it—especially since Veerman has made it back into the starting eleven. Let’s go!"
