Jadon Sancho (9/10)

Another game, another goal and assist for Jadon Sancho. He picked out Raphael Guerreiro for Borussia Dortmund’s opener with a perfectly weighted low cross. And then he made it 3-0 right at the start of the second 45. The Köln defenders will be relieved that they won’t have to face him again this season.

Marco Reus (9/10)

Reus was back to his best tonight as he also got a goal and an assist to his name. He brilliantly controlled Hummels’ long ball in the build up to Borussia Dortmund’s opener. He then showed great movement and composure to find the net after being picked out by another Hummels long ball. The Dortmund skipper also assisted Sancho’s goal right after the break.

Thorgan Hazard (6/10)

Hazard had a glorious chance to make it 3-0 after going through on goal in the first half, but he was denied by the Koln goalkeeper. He worked hard, but wasn’t as effective tonight as Reus and Sancho, and was taken off for Erling Haaland in the second half.
