Jadon Sancho (9/10)

Sancho showed his incredible quality once again by delivering a world-class performance against Schalke. The Englishman opened the scoring with a fantastic finish in the 42nd minute, and then turned provider for Erling Haaland soon after. He was also involved in the fourth goal, as he played a lovely pass to Bellingham which took out two Schalke defenders.

Marco Reus (7/10)

Making his 300th Bundesliga appearance, Marco Reus delivered another impressive performance. He had a couple of half chances to score in the first half, and then set up Raphael Guerreiro for Borussia Dortmund’s third goal. Slowly but surely, Reus is getting back to his top form.

Erling Haaland (9/10)

Just when you think he cannot do any more, Erling Haaland tops himself with another moment of absolute magic. He made the difference yet again for Borussia Dortmund against Schalke by scoring a brace. His first goal was truly special, a stunning scissor kick in mid-air, which no goalkeeper in the world would have had any chance of saving.

His second goal was a relatively simpler tap-in, but it showed his excellent positioning and ability to get on the end of chances. Just the four goals this week for Erling Haaland then, who is well on his way to becoming the best striker in the world.
