Borussia Dortmund returned to winning ways in the Bundesliga as a brace from Marco Reus helped them claim a 3-0 win away to Union Berlin.

Borussia Dortmund prepared for Thursday’s crunch clash against Rangers with a 3-0 win over Union Berlin. With Erling Haaland sidelined due to a muscle injury, Marco Reus stepped up and scored a brace to send the Black and Yellows on course to victory. Raphael Guerreiro then added a third late on to help Marco Rose’s side close the gap to Bayern Munich.

It was a much improved performance from Borussia Dortmund, who did not show too many ill-effects of last weekend’s 5-2 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen. And they also managed to keep a clean sheet away from home against a tricky opponent, which will no doubt be a massive boost to the defence.

Here are our player ratings for the Borussia Dortmund players from their 3-0 win over Union Berlin.

Gregor Kobel (8/10)

Kobel made several big saves and well and truly earned his clean sheet. He was hardly tested in the first half, but came up big after the break with Union Berlin looking to find their way back into the game.
