Reported Borussia Dortmund target Sasa Kalajdzic has said that he is in no rush to make a decision about his future.

Borussia Dortmund are looking to sign a new striker this summer to replace the Manchester City-bound Erling Haaland, and Sasa Kalajdzic is said to be one of the names on their list of targets. The VfB Stuttgart striker is also wanted by the likes of Bayern Munich, Paris St. Germain and Manchester United.

Kalajdzic spoke about his future on Monday ahead of Austria’s upcoming fixtures, and made it clear that he wants to keep all his options open for now.

"“There will be no rush decision,” Kalajdzic said (via Kicker). “It’s about finding what’s best for me. Nothing is ruled out, I am open to everything. I don’t know where the road will lead. There are many things going on in the background.”"

Kalajdzic joined Stuttgart in 2019 and has scored 24 goals in 57 appearances for them. He struggled with a shoulder injury for the first half of the recently concluded season, but still played a vital role in helping Stuttgart avoid relegation from the Bundesliga.

The Austrian international has just one year left on his contract with Stuttgart. He would be available for a transfer fee of around 25 million euros this summer.

It was reported earlier this month that Kalajdzic would prefer to join Borussia Dortmund over Bayern Munich. The Bavarians are looking for a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who wants to leave the club this summer.

Kalajdzic is not the only striker Borussia Dortmund are considering. Sebastien Haller is reportedly the Black and Yellows’ top target to replace Haaland, while the highly rated Hugo Ekitike is also said to be on their list of targets. But the BVB bosses will probably need to sell some players before they can bring in a new striker.
