Borussia Dortmund are reportedly willing to sell Felix Passlack this summer if they receive a suitable offer for the right-back.

Borussia Dortmund are undergoing a big overhaul this summer, and have already made a number of changes to their squad. Right-back is an area where the Black and Yellows have plenty of options, with Thomas Meunier, Mateu Morey, Lion Semic, Felix Passlack and Marius Wolf all capable of playing there.

The BVB bosses would be willing to part ways with Passlack this summer if they were to receive an offer in the high six-figure range. This is being reported by Ruhr Nachrichten, who add that the 24 year old’s contract situation also plays a role in this.

Passlack’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season, and an extension appears to be unlikely at the moment. The former Germany youth international is considered to be a decent back-up option, and made 15 appearances last season.

But with Mateu Morey and Lion Semic now adding to Borussia Dortmund’s depth at right-back, Passlack’s future could be thrown into doubt.

Ruhr Nachrichten add that head coach Edin Terzic has been very impressed by Semic’s qualities. The 18 year old recently signed his first professional contract with BVB. Terzic is also a big fan of Morey, but the Spaniard is just returning from a 12-month injury layoff and Borussia Dortmund will look to reintroduce him to the team slowly.

Thomas Meunier is currently Borussia Dortmund’s first-choice right-back. The 30 year old delivered much improved performances last season, and it will be interesting to see if he can build on that in the coming year.
