Borussia Dortmund will be in action again on Saturday as they take on third division side Dynamo Dresden in their second pre-season friendly of the summer.
Borussia Dortmund will continue their preparations for the new season on Saturday with a test match against Dynamo Dresden. The Black and Yellows claimed a 3-1 win over Lüner SV earlier this week, and they will be aiming to build on that this weekend.
The majority of the players who were involved on international duty last month will return to training next week. So Saturday’s game will come too soon for them. But Marco Reus and Gregor Kobel could be involved after returning to training earlier this week.
Youssoufa Moukoko, Mats Hummels, Mahmoud Dahoud and Alexander Meyer are expected to feature once again on Saturday. Highly rated left-back Prince Aning will be one to keep an eye on following his impressive performance against Lüner SV.
A number of other players from the U-19s and U-23s teams will also be in the squad, aiming to make an impression on head coach Edin Terzic.
With the first competitive game of the season just three weeks away, the Borussia Dortmund players will look to use this pre-season friendly to build their match rhythm.
