Report: Bradley Fink could leave Borussia Dortmund this summer
Highly rated striker Bradley Fink could leave Borussia Dortmund this summer, with FC Basel and FC Zürich showing an interest in signing him.
Borussia Dortmund have a number of exciting young players in their ranks, but one of those players could leave the club in the coming weeks. Talented young striker Bradley Fink is attracting the interest of Swiss Super League clubs FC Basel and FC Zürich. And Ruhr Nachrichten report that the BVB bosses will not put any obstacles in his way if he decides to leave the club before the transfer window closes.
The newspaper adds that Borussia Dortmund are aware of the rumours linking Fink with a move to Switzerland, although the 19 year old has not yet made the final decision on his future.
Fink is currently playing for the Borussia Dortmund U-23s in the 3. Liga. He was one of the BVB U-19s’ top performers last season, and played a crucial role in their U-19s Bundesliga title win. The Switzerland U-20s international scored 35 goals in just 31 appearances across all competitions for the BVB U-19s last season.
Fink trained with the first-team for parts of pre-season. He also featured in a couple of friendly matches and scored one goal. But following the arrivals of Sebastien Haller and Anthony Modeste, he is unlikely to get too many opportunities for Edin Terzic’s side this season.
Bradley Fink, who joined Borussia Dortmund from FC Luzern in 2019, has less than one year left on his current contract. And it will be interesting to see what the future holds for him.
