Another tough test awaits Borussia Dortmund this weekend as they take on fifth placed SC Freiburg in the Bundesliga.

Borussia Dortmund will be back in Bundesliga action this weekend, looking to make it four wins out of four since the turn of the year. The Black and Yellows moved into the top four on Sunday after claiming a 2-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen. They will now look to keep pace with league leaders Bayern Munich and further show their title credentials in the coming weeks.

Standing in Borussia Dortmund’s way this weekend will be SC Freiburg, who are enjoying another impressive season in the Bundesliga. Christian Streich’s side are level on points with BVB, and we could be in for another gripping contest between the two sides on Saturday.

Borussia Dortmund will have to make do without Salih Özcan against Freiburg, with the defensive midfielder suspended after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season last weekend. Julien Duranville, Thomas Meunier and Mateu Morey are still sidelined. Marco Reus could be in line for his first start since September after making his comeback against Bayer Leverkusen.

SC Freiburg do not have any injury concerns going into the game, and Christian Streich will have his entire squad available to him. It will be interesting to see if Freiburg decide to continue with a back three or revert to a back four on Saturday.
