12 Borussia Dortmund players called up for international duty

The final international break of the season is upon us, and 12 Borussia Dortmund players will be away with their national teams over the next two weeks.
A total of 12 Borussia Dortmund players have been called up by their respective national teams. BVB trio Nico Schlotterbeck, Emre Can, and Marius Wolf will be representing Germany as they play friendly matches against Peru and Belgium.
This is Marius Wolf’s first ever call-up to the Germany squad, while Emre Can has earned a recall to the squad and could make his first Germany appearance since Euro 2020.
Jude Bellingham has been called up by England as they begin their Euro 2024 qualification bid with matches against Italy and Ukraine. Thomas Meunier is in the Belgium squad for their European Championships qualifier against Sweden and friendly against Germany.
Raphael Guerreiro and Portugal will go up against Liechtenstein and Luxembourg as they look to get their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign off to a strong start.
Borussia Dortmund right-back Julian Ryerson has been named in the Norway squad for their Euro 2024 qualifiers against Spain and Georgia. Donyell Malen has been called up by the Netherlands for their Euro 2024 qualifiers against France and Gibraltar.
Gio Reyna is back in the United States squad for the first time since the controversy surrounding him at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The USMNT will play Concacaf Nations League matches against Grenada and El Salvador.
Sebastien Haller has been included in the Ivory Coast squad for their AFCON qualifying double header against Comoros. Tom Rothe will be away with the Germany U-19s, while Soumaila Coulibaly has been called up by the France U-20s.
Gregor Kobel was also called up by Switzerland, but has been forced to drop out of the squad due to his muscle injury.
