Borussia Dortmund will look to return to winning ways this weekend as they take on VfL Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga.

The Bundesliga title race continues on Sunday for Borussia Dortmund as they do battle against VfL Wolfsburg. The Black and Yellows will look to end their season with four straight wins. But a tough set of fixtures awaits them, starting with a home game against the in-form Wolfsburg.

Borussia Dortmund will be hoping for the return of Nico Schlotterbeck, who has missed the last few games due to a muscle injury. Raphael Guerreiro is also a doubt ahead of the game. Here we take a look at how BVB could line up for their Bundesliga clash against Wolfsburg this weekend.

Gregor Kobel will start in goal for Borussia Dortmund on Sunday. He will need to be at his best against Wolfsburg, who have scored eight goals in their last two games.

Nico Schlotterbeck’s potential return is a big boost for Borussia Dortmund. But if he makes the matchday squad on Sunday, the likelihood is that he will start on the bench. Mats Hummels and Niklas Süle will likely start as the two BVB centre-backs against Wolfsburg. They will be in for a tough assignment against Jonas Wind and co.

Raphael Guerreiro is a doubt ahead of Sunday’s game. If he is unable to feature against Wolfsburg, Julian Ryerson will switch to left-back and Marius Wolf will start at right-back.

Emre Can is set to start in defensive midfield, with Jude Bellingham expected to join him in the middle of the park. The England international will look to lead Borussia Dortmund’s charge for the Bundesliga title, amid rumours about his future.

Julian Brandt has struggled in recent games, but looks likely to start in attacking midfield once again on Sunday. Marco Reus could be an option if Edin Terzic decides to make a change.

Borussia Dortmund have no need to make any changes to their front-line. Donyell Malen and Karim Adeyemi have been in excellent form in recent weeks. They will likely be joined by Sebastien Haller in the front three.
