Borussia Dortmund striker Youssoufa Moukoko could be on his way to Spain after reaching an agreement with La Liga side Real Betis on personal terms.
Real Betis are said to be pushing for the signature of Youssoufa Moukoko, with Sky Sport reporting that the striker has now reached an agreement on personal terms with the club. The 19 year old would even be willing to take a pay cut to join the Spanish club. Betis have submitted an offer for Moukoko, and talks with Borussia Dortmund are said to be ongoing.
Nottingham Forest also have interest in signing Youssoufa Moukoko
The report adds that Betis want to sign Moukoko on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy at the end of the season. English Premier League side Nottingham Forest are also interested in signing the striker, who is determined to leave Borussia Dortmund before the transfer window closes in two weeks' time.
Olympique Marseille were earlier said to be in concrete talks to sign Moukoko, but the move fell through in the end. Moukoko's agent said last month that his client would like to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer due to his lack of playing time. He was left out of the BVB squad for their first competitive game of the season - in the first round of the DFB-Pokal.
The Borussia Dortmund bosses are keen to ensure that they do not sell Moukoko for a transfer fee less than what they would consider to be fair. Moukoko still has two years left on his current BVB contract.
Youssoufa Moukoko, who made his first-team debut for Borussia Dortmund just one day after his 16th birthday, has made a total of 99 appearances for the club and has 18 goals and eight assists to his name.
