Borussia Dortmund vs Heidenheim live stream info: How to watch Bundesliga online
By Tushar Bahl
Borussia Dortmund will be in action against Bundesliga table-toppers FC Heidenheim at the Westfalenstadion on Friday evening.
The international break is over and a gruelling run of fixtures now lies in store for Borussia Dortmund. First up for the Black and Yellows is a home game against FC Heidenheim, a team enjoying a dream start to the season.
Heidenheim have won both their games in the Bundesliga so far, and have also qualified for the league phase of the UEFA Conference League. They will be keen to continue their meteoric rise by pulling off another surprise result against Borussia Dortmund.
The two sides played out two draws last season - Heidenheim's first ever Bundesliga campaign. Borussia Dortmund let a two-goal lead slip when the two teams met at the Westfalenstadion last year.
Nuri Sahin will be keen for his side to return to winning ways on Friday after the frustrating goalless draw against Werder Bremen before the international break. He is set to welcome Serhou Guirassy into the squad for the matchday three clash, with the striker fit again after spending three months on the sidelines with a knee injury.
For Heidenheim, Paul Wanner will have a key role to play on Friday. The 18 year old has been in spectacular form since joining on loan from Bayern Munich in the summer. And he is a player Borussia Dortmund will have to be wary of. Heidenheim claimed a 4-0 win over FC Augsburg two weeks ago.
