Pascal Groß was delighted to witness the special atmosphere at the Westfalenstadion as he celebrated his Bundesliga debut with Borussia Dortmund.
Boyhood Borussia Dortmund fan Pascal Groß made his dream of playing for the club a reality this summer as he joined from Brighton & Hove Albion. The midfielder has enjoyed a strong start to life at BVB, with three assists to his name after just two competitive matches.

On Saturday, Groß helped Borussia Dortmund begin their Bundesliga campaign with a 2-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt. And after the game, he hailed the atmosphere at the Westfalenstadion and spoke about the composure with which they approached proceedings.
"[The atmosphere] is something special in this stadium. And when the fans support you, it's even more fun," Groß said via Sky Sport. "We stayed in the game when we needed to. We remained calm and we defended well. We had that little bit of luck and then Jamie Gittens scored a superb individual goal."
While Borussia Dortmund were good value for their win, there was a period during which Eintracht Frankfurt dominated proceedings. But Nuri Sahin's side managed to prevent the Eagles from scoring, and two second-half goals from Jamie Gittens made the difference in the end.
Pascal Groß had another solid game in midfield and helped Borussia Dortmund gain control of proceedings after Eintracht Frankfurt's promising start. The 33 year old will now hope to continue his strong start to his BVB and help lead the team to victory against Werder Bremen next weekend.
