Dortmund managers get the best out of Aubameyang
Jurgen Klopp favored quick attacking football and heavy Gegenpressing (attempting to win back possession after losing it). While successful in previous campaigns, Aubameyang didn’t have the same impact like Lewandowski did. He scored 41 goals for Klopp during his reign.

Thomas Tuchel would be the next manager for Aubameyang. Tuchel’s style was very different from Klopp’s. The passing was clear and movement around the pitch was excellent. Aubameyang began to hit top form. Tuchel was be sacked by BVB after Aubameyang helped secure the DFB-Pokal. He scored 79 goals over two years under Tuchel.
Former Ajax manager Peter Bosz is currently the manager for Dortmund. Posz is using a very high defensive line and a lot of Gegenpressing. Aubameyang continues to lead the attack, scoring 15 goals across all competitions.
Aubameyang has the quality of an all time great striker. He is well on his way to etching his name in the history books to prove it.
