A late Andre Schürrle winner ensured that Dortmund picked their first win of the year against Koln last week. January loan signing Michy Batshuayi was excellent in front of goal and will be looking to score a few more this weekend. Can Peter Stoger’s men make it 2 in a row?

Last Match: Hamburg SV 1-1 Hannover 96
Analysis: Hamburg had much of the possession in this game but only managed a point of it. Hannover’s Fossum scored in the 36th minute. It was a beautiful finish as the Nowargien U21 player found the corner of the goal with a thumping strike from the edge of the box. Hamburg was made to toil a lot. In the 86th minute, Hamburg drew level through Filip Kostic’s strike. An added-time red card to Papadopoulos saw Hamburg finish with 10 men.
Opposition star man
Hamburg is currently battling in the relegation zone at the moment. With only a few bright spots this season, Douglas Costa has been one of their best players. The Brazilian is a left-sided defender/midfielder known for breaking down plays on the wings. The 22-year old has an amazing work rate as he loves to make the forward runs. He is one of the best options on the counter attacks for Hamburg and likes playing in the long balls. Dortmund wingers will have been wary of his presence and look to get behind him as much as possible on Saturday.

Some good play between Dahoud and Pulisic saw the latter put the finishing touches on the game in the 79th minute to wrap up the victory.
