Borussia Dortmund face another tricky assignment in the Bundesliga this weekend as they take on seventh placed Eintracht Frankfurt.

Borussia Dortmund will look for home comforts to help them return to winning ways on Saturday as they face Eintracht Frankfurt. After their inexplicable collapse against Stuttgart last weekend, the Black and Yellows will be desperate to keep their title charge on track. But beating the Eagles will certainly not be an easy task.

Edin Terzic will be hoping to welcome Nico Schlotterbeck and Niklas Süle back into the Borussia Dortmund squad on Saturday. But Julien Duranville, Mateu Morey and Thomas Meunier are sidelined at the moment. Here we take a look at how Borussia Dortmund could line up for their Bundesliga clash against Eintracht Frankfurt this weekend.

Gregor Kobel will start in goal on Saturday, and could be in for a tough assignment against an Eintracht Frankfurt attack led by Randal Kolo Muani.

Mats Hummels will likely start at centre-back, and the hope will be that one of Niklas Süle and Nico Schlotterbeck will partner him in defence. Marius Wolf should also return to the starting XI, with Julian Ryerson potentially making way for him. Raphael Guerreiro could slot in at left-back once again.

Emre Can may be needed in defence if Schlotterbeck and Süle aren’t able to recover in time from their injuries. Otherwise, he will start in defensive midfield where he will have a crucial role to play.

Jude Bellingham scored the winning goal in the reverse fixture and he will be eager to find some form this weekend after struggling a bit in recent weeks. The England international will start in the number eight role.

Julian Brandt should keep his spot in the starting XI despite his struggles last weekend. The playmaker was also on target when the two sides last met in October.

Donyell Malen goes into the game as Borussia Dortmund’s most in-form player. The Dutchman is finally showing the quality that prompted the BVB bosses to sign him from PSV Eindhoven. And he will be aiming to lead the way in attack once again this weekend.

Karim Adeyemi will likely start down the left wing, with Sebastien Haller set to start up front after his goal against Stuttgart.
