Jadon Sancho was offered to Borussia Dortmund but move unlikely unless one player leaves

Borussia Dortmund were offered the chance to sign Jadon Sancho recently, but they are unlikely to make a move for the forward unless Donyell Malen is sold.
The future of Jadon Sancho will be one of the biggest talking points heading into the final few days of the summer transfer window. The forward is being linked with the likes of Chelsea and Juventus, and will hope to finally end his Manchester United exile before Friday's deadline day.
Jadon Sancho was recently offered to Borussia Dortmund once again
Unsurprisingly, Borussia Dortmund continue to be linked with a move for Sancho. The 24 year old spent the second half of last season on loan at BVB, and there was interest from the club to make the signing permanent. However, the Black and Yellows were seemingly priced out of a move for Sancho.
According to BILD, Borussia Dortmund were offered the chance to sign Sancho once again via an intermediary recently. However, in order to realise the signing of the Englishman, BVB must first sell Donyell Malen. And that is highly unlikely as the Dutchman hasn't been linked with any clubs in recent weeks.
Without the sale of Malen, Borussia Dortmund would not be able to afford the signing of Sancho. So the chances of him making his return to the Westfalenstadion are not very high.
Jadon Sancho established himself as one of the world's most exciting young forwards during his time at Borussia Dortmund. He joined Manchester United in 2021, but has not been able to make the desired impact. And a dispute with manager Erik ten Hag led to him being suspended for the entire first half of the season, before BVB signed him on a loan deal.
Now, Sancho is facing another season on the sidelines unless he can secure a move away from Manchester United before the transfer window closes on Friday.
